Drylief SUD is enriched with electrolytes found in natural tears, which restores natural balance, a more soothing, comfortable formulation. Drylief SUD also ensures ready-to-go eye drops, less chance of waste, and convenient for Daily use; so that it reduces at once high cost. Drylief SUD is an affordable price compared to other preservative-free system.
Drylief SUD Preservative-free Eye Drops: Each ml contains Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium EP 10 mg.
Drylief SUD is indicated for use as an ocular lubricant, contributing to the alleviation of subjected symptoms seen in moderate to severe Dry eye Syndrome (DES) and long-lasting protection against dryness and irritation of the affected eyes. It also helps to increase the stability of precorneal tear film stability and regenerate the corneal epithelial cells of the conjunctiva.
Instill one or two drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
Contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the components of this preparation.
For ophthalmic use only.
• Wash your hands before use.
• To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not let the open end of the single-unit dose vial touch
your eye or anything else.
• If you wear contact lenses – take out your lenses before using eye drops and then wait for at least
15 minutes after using these drops before putting your lenses back in.
• If more than one topical ophthalmic drug is being used, the drugs should be administered at least
five (5) minutes between applications.
Since Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium is PRESERVATIVE-FREE, it avoids the potential risks caused by the preservatives.
Use in pregnancy: There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Carboxymethylcellulose Eye Drops should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus.
Use in lactation: There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in lactating women. Caution should be exercised when Carboxymethylcellulose Eye Drops is administered to a nursing mother.
Use in children: Safety and effectiveness have not been demonstrated with these eye drops in pediatric patients.
Use in elderly patients: No overall differences in safety or effectiveness have been observed between elderly and younger adult patients.
Drylief SUD Preservative-free Eye Drops: Each Alu-Alu pillow pack contains 5 single-unit dose vials (SUD’s). Each single-unit dose vial contains 0.4 ml of eye drops.
